Robert's (Bob) Bio
Robert (Bob) Picheny, Realtor was first licensed in 1978 as a sales associate. In his first month he won the awards for both top listing associate and top sales agent in a company of over 60 seasoned associates. With long hours, hard work, training, and education he quickly rose thru the ranks to be sales manager within 8 months. Over the ensuing years he has won many other awards including many multimillion dollar producer awards.
In 1979 I became a broker and opened his own company with two partners. Both Robert and his company earned many awards during the following years. As a broker, Robert has trained well over two hundred associates in both real estate and financing. He also taught the Real Estate licensing courses for the Realty World franchise.
After over twenty five years of operating my own firm, Southern Realty Enterprises, Inc. asked me to be their Director of Commercial real estate. I believe that at Southern Realty Enterprises Inc, I am able to give both my Residential and Commercial clients the personal touch. Being a multimillion dollar producer in these hard times proves that I am correct.
Bob has been a licensed Insurance and Mortgage Broker. The knowledge he has acquired in these fields has helped him become a more effective Real Estate Broker and Investor.
I have lived in Central Florida for the past 38 years and have been very involved with residential and comercial real estate in Orange, Seminole, Volusia, and Lake Counties. The areas I specialize in are Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, and Lake Mary.
I have has been involved in personal investment in residential and commercial real estate as well as my helping clients. My investing in my personal real estate, education, and past experiences with working with others have helped to put me well above most other real estate agents. I have continued my real estate education taking courses in such subjects as: 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Molds, Financing and Management. I have taken additional courses in commercial real estate and am continuing to do so. I have successfully taken CCIM courses CI100, CI101, CI102, and CI103, with all this extra training I believes that he is better qualified to help my real estate clients.
I have also recognized the growing importance the internet has played in the marketing of real estate and I have pledged to stay at the cutting edge in order to provide his clients the best tools available to either purchase or sell their properties.
