Robert was first licensed in 1978 as a sales associate. In his first month he won the awards for both top lister and top sales agent in a company of over 30 seasoned associates. With long hours, hard work, training, and education he rose thru the ranks to be sales manager within 8 months. In 1979 Robert became a broker and opened his own company with two partners. Both Robert and his company earned many awards during the following years. As a broker, Robert trained over one hundred associates in both real estate and financing. He also taught the Real Estate licensing course for Realty World. After sixteen years of operating his own small firm, Robert has been engaged by Southern Realty Enterprises, Inc. as Director of Commercial. Robert believes that at Southern Realty Enterprises, Inc, he will still be able to give his clients the personal touch while also being able to develop a sizeable commercial department for Southern Realty Enterprises, Inc. Robert has been a licensed Insurance and Mortgage Broker. The knowledge he has acquired in these fields has helped him become a more effective Real Estate Broker and Investor. He is now associated with Mortgage Max in order to help service his buyers in getting a mortgage with the least amount of problems. Robert has been involved in personal investment in residential and commercial real estate. His practical expertise, education and past experiences in working with others has helped to put him well above most other real estate agents. He has continued his education taking courses in such subjects as: 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Molds, Financing and Management. He has taken additional courses in commercial real estate and is continuing to do so. Robert has successfully taken CCIM courses CI100, CI101, CI103. With this extra training Robert believes that he is better qualified to help his commercial real estate clients.
